Title is transliterated Japanese phonetic of Sobe Mobile Suit. Sobe is a personal nickname of model collector, was able to transliterate into acronym for Special Operations Battle Echelon (S.O.B.E).

Model kit is 1.60th Patlabor Alphonse Special Shinohara AV-98 Ingram mobile suit. Model airbrushed Navy Blue for police & paramilitary colors, weathered with Burgundy enamel paint. FYI... Model display base came from discarded Dell Inc. awards plaque ( recipient no longer needed accolade, hence donated for more utilitarian cause, LOL ).
