Vehicle belong to 5th leichte Division ( 3rd Panzer Division detachment ), 606th self-propelled Flak Battalion, during Operation Sonnenblume and conquest of Fort Mechili, Cyrenaica - Libya, 8 April 1941.
Scratch-built model combining Steyr 1500A troop transport and Sdkfz 250/9 2cm FLAK gun/pedestal, aftermarket figures. Extensive weathering via airbrush, pastel powder paint wash, artist charcoal bar.
New modeling concepts used : 1) Electrical soldering wire for flexible door hinges, 2) Business projector clear transparencies for figure display base.
